    We'd like to gather some information about the property you're selling.
    If you are buying this property from another in a double closing, we require signed copies of all purchase agreements before beginning our work.
    Please send a signed copy of your operating agreement to [email protected]. We require operating agreements (or similar formation documents) for all LLCs and corporations.
    All LLC/corporation members must sign unless the operating agreement authorizes fewer than all the members to sell real estate.

  • Please provide the total monthly rents of all units. This is necessary for calculation of rent prorations at closing. If the tenant is in default and is not paying, enter zero.
